Description: Immediate need for an Intermediate-level Architect – Job Captain with 2 – 4 years of experience that has worked professionally with Revit. Multi-family project experience is desired. In-person work environment.
Responsibilities:
Working with your project team and managers through all phases of project development.
Prepare all aspects of construction documents.
Review and complete the redline drawings from the managers and QC teams.
Work with consultants to coordinate information and the project needs.
Prepare submission sets.
Respond to any DOB comments with guidance from the project’s lead.
Qualifications:
2+ years of architectural experience particularly in multi-family residential design.
Professional working experience in Revit
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to adapt to office workflows and standards.
