We specialize in placing professionals in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, MEP, CAD/BIM, and related disciplines. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and advance within the company as you prove yourself. Location: Nomad, Manhattan. The Role: This is a recruiting-focused position. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for our active job openings and presenting qualified candidates to our Head Recruiters. You will not be responsible for client development or client contact. HYBRID (Fridays- WFH)
Responsibilities:
Source AEC professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our internal database, referrals, and other channels
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
Qualify candidates based on experience, technical skills, compensation, availability, and career goals
Present qualified candidates to our Head Recruiters
Maintain an active pipeline of AEC candidates
Keep candidate information and recruiting activity up to date in our ATS
Manage multiple searches and priorities at the same time
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience in the AEC industry
Experience recruiting engineers, architects, construction professionals, MEP, CAD/BIM, or related technical talent
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, persistent, and detail-oriented
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS preferred
